LONSAS

LONSAS and EAS are online arts and education resources for schools. The core service matches schools with artists and arts organisations, promoting academic achievement and creativity across the curriculum. With funding from Arts Council England, Winona developed the original site for the London area (LONSAS) in 2004, took on management duties in 2006.

The service includes a large members database of arts organisations, education professionals, consultants, and general users; a CRB service for the arts community; rich media content channels for artists, educators and consultants, bi-monthly newsletters for each community; a knowledgebase of useful information for the arts education sector and many more useful and unique resources. The searchable Arts Directory allows registered arts users to maintain and update basic profiles.

Winona won a bid to provide an equivalent service for the West Midlands and re-launched as a multi-region platform in summer 2009. A service for East Midlands was added in 2010.
