About > Our approach
Helping clients to succeed online.
We have a clearly defined methodology with projects organised into phases for Research, Design, Build and Support.
We work closely with clients to develop the project vision (research) and define a schedule of deliverables to deliver that vision to the agreed budget and timeline (design and build).
After launch we provide ongoing support through our in-house design, technical and systems admin teams.
- Research
-
Before writing a line of code we carry out a scoping exercise with the client. This is the most important part of a project.
The research gives an understanding of the client organisation, their customers, their brand, the sector they operate in and the competitive landscape.
We look in detail at the business goals that are driving the project. We identify success indicators to demonstrate a positive outcome after launch. We brainstorm ideas with the client until we get the ‘eureka’ moment. All phases of development follow the agenda defined in the specification.

Our design approach focuses on usability and accessibility as well as creativity.
Our design process is collaborative, with frequent client consultation. We prepare sample screens showing possible approaches for discussion. These treatments are reworked continuously in line with client feedback and until we get sign off.
The resulting designs are in tune with the brand, appropriate to the target audience and easy to use - allowing visitors to achieve their goals quickly. They also work seamlessly across all main platforms and regardless of disability.
